In this leadership role, you will support individuals served while providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff to ensure high-quality services. You'll help create a positive team culture, support individualized treatment and service planning, and ensure compliance with 245D regulations.\nCommunity Living includes both Supervised Living homes and Supportive Living apartments. This role will support one of Fraser’s five Supportive Living apartment settings, where residents live more independently and do not require 24/7 supervision.
