As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.\nThis starting wage for this position is $48,000 annually.\nResponsibilities:\nIndependently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.\nBe Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.\nMonitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.\nMonitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.\nCoordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:Conduct onboarding trainings\nCoordinate support for trainers\nCreate orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet\nComplete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)\nProvide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed\n\nFraser Offers: \n\nPaid training in Applied Behavior Analysis practices and compensation increase for taking and passing Registered Behavior Technician certification.\nAbility to learn from highly qualified professionals, continuous opportunities for education and career growth.\n UKG Wallet - Eligible employees can access earned wages before payday for added financial flexibility\nFraser is a qualifying employer under the Department of Education’s public services loan forgiveness program.\nWork-Life Balance; over 5 weeks of paid time off annually\nFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement plan for full-time employees\nCulture of continuous quality improvement based on employee and client feedback.\nMileage reimbursement\nAvailable Location and Schedule:\nWe are currently hiring for the following locations: Minneapolis\nBurnsville\n\nMonday through Friday 8a- 4:30pm\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n Must have your RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification\nValid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required\nAbility to pass DHS Background Check\nExperience with children with special needs required\nEffective communication in the English language\nComputer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail Fraser is Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services - and one of the few Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in the state.
