And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives - including your own.\nThe Recruiter Human Resources role is accountable to utilize recruitment and selection expertise to efficiently fill vacant positions for assigned client or program areas in a timely manner. This is a fast pace, high volume caseload and will include life-cycle recruiting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail orientated, confident, assertive, a multi-tasker and has strong customer service, communication, marketing and critical thinking skills.\nUtilize solid judgment skills to prepare specific interview questions, interview candidates, and provide quality recommendations for hire.\nIdentify effective recruitment sources with emphasis on securing an adequate applicant pipeline.
