The Role: Sales Advisor

This is premium retail at its most personal. As a Sales Advisor at Frasers, you're the face of the brand, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. From a first impression at the door to a styling conversation across the floor, you'll create shopping experiences that feel considered, luxurious, and unmistakably Frasers.

Your Development

From day one, you’ll receive a full in-store induction. As you progress, you’ll have access to internal development pathways, including Supervisor and Management programmes and nationally recognised qualifications all of which support your growth within Frasers and the wider Frasers Group.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth from the moment they walk in.
• Offer first-contact solutions, whether that's directing to click-and-collect or checking additional stock.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge.
• Step in to support nearby tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Keep visual presentation sharp and stock available through replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
• Get involved in store events and activations, and share feedback to keep us improving.
• Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Represent Frasers to the highest standard, in service and in personal presentation.
