The role offers the chance to work with data, produce meaningful management information, and support decision-making across the business. You will help maintain and align department metrics, governance reporting, provide reporting support, investigate issues, and contribute to continuous improvement, while developing valuable technical and analytical skills in a supportive team environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintaining and aligning department metrics and measures\nLiaising with metric owners, querying inconsistencies or anomalies to ensure accuracy\nProducing and checking regular governance reporting to support lending, operational and business performance monitoring\nUpdating reporting trackers and Power BI dashboards, while checking and reconciling data\nSupporting governance, controls and continuous improvement across reporting processes\nAssisting with governance packs, templates, meeting materials and action tracking\nSupporting reporting controls, records and documentation to ensure outputs are complete and accurate\nBuilding effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand reporting needs\nWorking with teams to gather information for regular reporting\nHelping to maintain effective working relationships across the wider business\n Someone with a passion for delivering results through the effective use and evaluation of data\nSQL experience preferable\nExperience in Power BI, reporting tools and data visualisation advantageous\nMathematical/statistical background (or other discipline with high analytical content)\nAbility to communicate complex, technical results to a non-technical audience\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work\nCuriosity and willingness to learn, investigate trends and solve problems\nAbility to build positive relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage regular deadlines\nA proactive and methodical approach to tasks\nMotivation to develop new skills and grow within a reporting and analysis role\n As FGFS is within a regulated environment any offer is subject to satisfactory background checks including criminal record check, credit check, and employment references.\nAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:\nFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
