The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).\n Lead end-to-end retail store fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projects from planning through handover.\nDevelop design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions for retail stores.\nPrepare and review detailed drawings, 3D renderings, presentations, and project documentation.\nCoordinate with landlords, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.\nManage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.\nMonitor site progress and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and company standards.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Retail Operations, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Facilities teams.\nReview contractor quotations, negotiate project costs, and support procurement activities.\nEnsure timely project reporting and communication to management and stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project execution.\nMaintain accurate project records, budgets, and post-project evaluations.\n Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 8 years & above of relevant experience in retail project management, retail fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.\nExperience working with retail chains, shopping mall developments, or commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.\nExperience in construction or interior fit-out companies will be an added advantage.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and procurement procedures.\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.\nStrong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.\nProficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max (or equivalent visualization software), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nExperience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project will be an advantage.\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nWillingness to travel for project site visits when
