You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, resolving invoice queries, and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and accurately match supplier invoices relating to establishment overheads against purchase orders.\n\nManage and organise invoices and payment requests, including manual processing where required.\n\nInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies relating to pricing, quantities, or purchase order issues by liaising with relevant departments.\n\nRespond promptly and professionally to supplier queries via telephone and email, maintaining positive supplier relationships.\n\nScan, file, and distribute invoices for approval, ensuring timely authorisation by the appropriate budget holders.\n\nMaintain accurate supplier account records and update supplier information as required.\n\nPerform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.\n\nSupport the processing and administration of employee expense claims across the Group as required.\n\nWork collaboratively with Finance, Procurement, and operational departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.\n\nMaintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in line with departmental deadlines and company procedures.\n\nAssist with month-end activities and other ad hoc tasks within the Purchase Ledger and wider Finance Team.\n\n Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Finance Administration role. \nStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. \nExperience working with high-volume invoice processing. \nGood organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. \n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. \nExperience using finance systems; knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations is desirable but not essential. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPersonal Attributes\nReliable and dependable. \nCustomer-focused with a professional approach. \nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \nPositive team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to departmental objectives. \n Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:\nFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
