The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).\n Visual Merchandising Execution\nImplement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all assigned stores\nExecute window displays, in-store focal points, mannequins, and product storytelling\nStore Support & Coordination\nWork closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of VM guidelines\nSupport store openings, renovations, and special projects\nCampaign & Promotion Support\nExecute VM for product launches, promotions, and key retail moments (e.g. sales periods, festive campaigns)\nCoordinate VM set-ups for on-ground activations and pop-ups\nPerformance & Reporting\nCompile VM execution quality and provide feedback to stores\nProvide general administrative support to leadership to optimize day to day team efficiency\n Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Graphic Design or related field.\nStrong eye for visual presentation, styling, and detail\nGood understanding of retail KPIs and commercial VM principles\nWilling to learn, hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment\nGood communication and teamwork skills\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)\nAbility to read and execute VM guidelines and planograms\nKnowledge of fashion/sports retail trends is an advantag\nCollaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n An OPPORTUNITY like this at Frasers Group is for theFEARLESS!\nThe potential is massive, the experience unrivalled.
