Working closely with the Section Manager and wider Warehouse Leadership team, you'll ensure operational targets are achieved, labour is effectively planned, and customer demand is fulfilled on time and in full. You'll champion a strong safety culture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in embedding positive cultural change to enhance employee retention and performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDirect line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors including 1:1's to discuss performance vs expectation, identifying SMART goals when performance not met in any of the key functional areas within responsibility\nWorking with the Section Manager for your department to monitor delivery to plan and key areas for your shift improve\nDriving performance on key metrics ensuring an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfill customer web and store demand on time and in full\nDriving the highest standards of safety on site, working with the Safety team to ensure adherence to all safety routines/procedures (e.g. Floor Safety Inspections, Hazard Spotting, Safety Gembas, Risk Assessments, Audits)\nReviewing weekly labour plan to ensure cover is adequate, sharing with Section Manager, highlighting issues/feedback. \nProviding detail when daily/weekly targets are not met and creating plan to bridge\nAlongside the Warehouse Leadership team, you'll partner with other key stakeholders to ensure all strategic activity is on track and supported\nSupporting the successful implementation of culture change and turnover reduction\n Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain\nHigh potential for people and change management\nGood systems skills\nCustomer focused approach to operational management\nResilient, flexible and approachable \nProblem solving ability in a fast paced business\nYou will be working on a rotation shift pattern, 5 days out of 7 including weekends\n\n Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:\nFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
