This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to develop broad HR experience.\nThe role reports to the Head of HR and offers hands-on exposure across benefits, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and data, reporting, policy administration, recruiting support, and general HR Operations.\nAs the Associate, Human Resources, you will be responsible for:\nSupporting benefits administration and annual enrollment processes\nPartnering with benefits administrators, insurance brokers, and other external vendors\nCoordinating employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes\nMaintaining employee records and HR systems with a strong focus on data accuracy\nSupporting employee inquiries and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion\nConducting research and gathering market data to support HR initiatives\nAssisting with HR reporting, policy administration, and procedures\nSupporting recruiting administration and helping deliver a seamless candidate experience\nWorking with HR data and systems to maintain accurate and efficient processes\nIdentifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes\nSupporting the Head of HR and broader team across additional HR initiatives as needed\nKey requirements:\n1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, or a related professional environment preferred\nStrong interest in developing a broad career within Human Resources\nExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nComfort working with Excel, HR systems, and data\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring processes\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProactive and resourceful approach with a willingness to learn\nProfessional, humble, and collaborative team player\nFinancial services or professional services experience is preferred but not required\nAs a specialist HR & Reward search and recruitment firm, we’re excited to partner with an established alternative investment firm offering strong mentorship, broad exposure, and long-term career development.
