This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious reward professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data and developing deep subject matter expertise, while continuing to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative team.\nThe Role\nAs a key member of the Reward function, you’ll support the delivery of both business-as-usual reward activities and longer-term strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting annual compensation and salary review processes.\nDesigning and implementing reward frameworks, policies and governance structures.\nManaging complex compensation datasets, ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.\nDelivering market benchmarking and compensation analytics to support business decision-making.\nSupporting remuneration governance, committee activity and regulatory reporting requirements.\nLeading the identification and administration of Material Risk Takers (MRTs).\nContributing to strategic reward initiatives, including salary structures, pay transparency readiness and broader reward programme development.\nProviding expert guidance to HR colleagues, managers and employees on reward-related matters.\nAbout You\nYou’ll bring strong reward experience and a genuine interest in developing your expertise within a sophisticated, highly regulated environment.\nWe’re particularly interested in individuals with:\nExperience across compensation, market benchmarking and annual reward cycles.\nStrong analytical capability and confidence working with large, complex datasets.\nAdvanced Excel and reward reporting skills.\nAn understanding of financial services reward regulation, ideally to include CRD V.\nExperience preparing materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nA collaborative, low-ego approach and a desire to continuously improve both processes and outcomes.\nExperience working with McLagan or similar market data providers would be advantageous (but not essential)\nWhy Join?\nThis role offers a rare combination of breadth, complexity and professional development.
