You’ll combine hands-on ER expertise with the opportunity to influence processes, build manager capability and drive continuous improvement across the people function.\nThe Role\nLead on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management and investigations.\nProvide expert guidance and support to leaders on a broad range of ER matters and employment law issues.\nCoach and upskill managers to confidently manage people matters and improve employee outcomes.\nSupport organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and redundancy programmes.\nReview, develop and implement ER policies, procedures and guidance.\nAnalyse ER trends and data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.\nWork collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused people solutions.\nPromote a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance and mitigating organisational risk.\nAbout You\nWe’re looking for an experienced ER professional who can build credibility quickly and provide trusted advice at all levels of the organisation.\nProven experience managing complex employee relations casework.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.\nExperience supporting organisational change and transformation activity.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nA pragmatic, balanced and commercially minded approach.\nThe ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidence and discretion.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.\nCIPD qualification or equivalent experience.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations professional who enjoys building strong relationships, navigating complex people challenges and driving positive change across an organisation.
