This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join a growing International organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey and to lead the people strategy.\nReporting to the CEO, you’ll manage an HR team based in the UK and Globally and be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability, develop leadership talent, drive engagement, and create a culture that supports ambitious growth. As such you will:\nLead the overall people and culture strategy\nPartner with executives on organisational design and workforce planning\nDrive leadership development, succession planning and talent management\nShape internal communications capability\nLead change and transformation initiatives\nDrive talent acquisition for growth\nShape reward, performance and employee experience programmes\nDevelop a high-performing HR function across multiple global locations\nIdeally you will have broad generalist HR experience at Director level and have led and managed a Global/International HR team. Experience of working within a consumer based, high growth/scalable and PE/Investment backed organisation is desirable.
