You’ll be involved in a broad range of HR activities and will help deliver an exceptional employee experience globally.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManaging the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management and offboarding\nSupporting global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions\nAdministering and enhancing employee benefits programmes\nProviding day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and managers\nSupporting global mobility and immigration processes\nCoordinating learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programmes\nAssisting with HR projects, policy development and process improvement initiatives\nMaintaining HR systems and employee data with a high level of accuracy\nEnsuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice across international locations\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner\nAbout You\nYou will bring:\n6+ years of progressive HR experience\nExperience gained within venture capital, private equity, financial services, investment management, professional services or a similarly fast-paced environment\nStrong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle\nProven experience managing or supporting global payroll operations\nSolid employee benefits administration experience\nUnderstanding of immigration and international employment considerations\nExposure to learning and development programmes and initiatives\nExperience supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands\nA hands-on,
