This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR Operations professional looking to take ownership of the European employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to global HR projects, transformation and systems initiatives.\nThe Role\nYou’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations across the UK and Europe, alongside supporting the delivery of wider global HR projects.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nManaging the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding\nMaintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation\nCoordinating leave, benefits, employee changes and background checks\nSupporting UK and European HR compliance and GDPR requirements\nActing as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager queries\nCoordinating HR projects, milestones, actions and stakeholder updates\nSupporting HR systems, process improvement and transformation initiatives\nPartnering with HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll and Total Rewards teams globally\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for someone with:\nStrong, hands-on HR Operations / HR Administration experience\nGood knowledge of the UK employee lifecycle and HR practices\nPrevious experience within professional services\nStrong HR systems, data and administrative capability\nWorking knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance\nSome exposure to HR projects, change or transformation\nExcellent organisation and stakeholder management skills\nConfidence working independently within a global and evolving environment\nExperience across Ireland or wider Europe, HR transformation, systems
