partnered with a leading organisation within the financial services sector that is looking to appoint an HR Operations Administrator on a 12-month temporary contract.\nThis opportunity sits within a busy and high-performing HR team and will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle whilst contributing to ongoing people process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems.\nPrepare employment documentation, including contracts, letters and employment references.\nAct as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.\nSupport payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate processing.\nCoordinate absence management, family leave and flexible working administration.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.\nAssist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.\nAbout You\n3+ years previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role.\nStrong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nExperience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nConfident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nExperience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.\nWhat’s on Offer\nInitial
