This is a high-impact role with responsibility for a multi-country employee population and the opportunity to influence business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and regional growth initiatives.\nReporting to the CHRO, this individual will lead a team across HR Operations, Payroll, Immigration, and Workplace Management, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the region and globally.\nAs the Regional HR Manager, you will:\nPartner with the regional CEO to develop and execute regional people strategies aligned with business objectives\nManage and develop a geographically dispersed HR and operations team\nOversee HR operations, payroll, immigration, compliance, and workplace programs across multiple countries\nDrive change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives\nCollaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment between regional and enterprise-wide priorities\nUtilize people analytics and workforce data to support business decision-making\nFoster a strong employee experience while supporting business growth and transformation\nThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR leader who enjoys balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on leadership and execution.\nKey Requirements:\n10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility\nDemonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy\nExperience leading teams across multiple geographies or countries\nExperience working within a global, matrixed organization\nDemonstrable experience working in the US, Canada and Latin America required.\nPrior experience within technology, fintech, financial services, professional services, or another complex global environment preferred\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills\nBachelor’s degree required\nThis position offers the opportunity to join a growing global organization where HR is viewed as a true strategic partner to the business.
