This highly visible position offers the opportunity to influence strategic hiring decisions and contribute directly to the organisation’s long-term growth plans.\nKey Responsibilities\nManaging the full lifecycle recruitment process for partner and senior leadership hires.\nPartnering with business leaders to understand strategic growth objectives and hiring requirements.\nCoordinating candidate assessment processes, interviews, due diligence and offer management.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with executive search firms and external recruitment partners.\nProducing market intelligence, competitor insights and talent mapping reports.\nSupporting the onboarding and integration of senior hires.\nDelivering an exceptional candidate experience whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.\nEnsuring accurate reporting, data management and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.\nWe are interested in speaking with candidates who possess:\nPrevious experience in partner recruitment, executive search, legal recruitment, professional services recruitment, or senior talent acquisition.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior leaders and business decision-makers.\nExcellent project management and organisational abilities.\nA commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nExperience operating
