This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating a broad range of people matters, and contributing to a high-performing, commercially focused culture.\nWorking closely with senior leaders and managers across corporate functions, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organisational development and engagement initiatives. The role offers genuine breadth, visibility and the opportunity to influence business performance through people.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPartnering with managers and leadership teams to provide expert HR support and guidance.\nAdvising on a wide range of employee relations matters, including conduct, capability and attendance.\nSupporting talent and succession planning activities across key business functions.\nDriving employee engagement initiatives and helping leaders deliver meaningful action plans.\nWorking closely with recruitment and learning teams to attract, retain and develop talent.\nSupporting annual reward and compensation processes, alongside people projects and change initiatives.\nUsing people data and insights to inform decision making and improve business outcomes. \nAbout you\nYou’ll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong employment law knowledge with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where relationships, credibility and sound judgement are key.\nWe’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:\nExperience in a HR Business Partner or People Partner capacity looking after a headcount of 200+. \nStrong employee relations and performance management expertise.\nThe ability to coach and support leaders effectively. \nExperience using data and insight to shape people decisions.\nExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nCIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience. \nThis is an opportunity to join a successful, values-led business where people are genuinely at the heart of the business.
