throughout the recruitment process\nDeveloping recruitment strategies aligned to current and future business needs\nMonitoring recruitment metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement\nManaging agency relationships and supplier performance\nSupporting employer branding and attraction initiatives\nIdentifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, systems and ways of working\nAbout You\nWe’re looking for an experienced recruitment leader who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver key hires as they are leading and developing a team.\nYou will ideally have:\nProven experience managing an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition team\nStrong hands-on recruitment experience across professional services, consultancy, legal, accountancy or a similar environment\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills\nA commercial and proactive approach to talent acquisition\nExperience managing multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously\nA track record of coaching, developing and motivating recruitment teams\nStrong sourcing, interviewing and assessment capabilities\nExperience using ATS and recruitment
