successful individual will support the delivery of compensation programmes across the business, bringing strong attention to detail, robust governance and analytical rigour to ensure processes are delivered accurately and effectively.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading participation in annual salary and compensation surveys, including the preparation, validation and submission of reward data.\nConducting market benchmarking analysis for existing and newly created roles, providing recommendations on pay positioning and competitiveness.\nManaging compensation data audits and reconciliations across HR, payroll and reward systems to ensure ongoing data integrity.\nSupporting the delivery of annual salary review and bonus review processes across multiple business groups.\nPreparing compensation and bonus communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to internal governance standards.\nMaintaining and improving compensation processes, procedures and documentation, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.\nSupporting the production of reward reporting, analytics and management information for HR and business stakeholders.\nPartnering closely with HRIS, Payroll and wider HR teams to support compensation-related activities and projects.\nContributing to global reward initiatives and supporting the implementation of compensation best practice across the organisation.\nAbout you\nWe are seeking an experienced compensation professional with strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in reward.\nYou will be comfortable working within a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate and commercially focused compensation solutions.\nYou will ideally offer:\nDemonstrable experience within compensation, reward or remuneration, with a solid understanding of core compensation processes.\nExperience supporting annual salary review and bonus review cycles.\nStrong capability in compensation benchmarking, market analysis and interpreting pay data.\nExperience working with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, or similar market data sources\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate reward data effectively.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nA proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.\nExperience gained within professional services or financial services would be advantageous.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected
