Role: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: New York, NY OR East Coast Remote In Office Schedule: NYC hybrid, approximately 2-3 days in-office; East Coast remote candidates must work EST hours and travel to NYC approximately quarterly Compensation: NYC: $120,000 - $165,000 base salary; East Coast Remote: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary; plus up to 15% profit share Our client is a leading global management consultancy specializing in the financial services industry. The firm has over 1,000 employees globally and works with many of the world’s leading asset and wealth management organizations. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing North American recruitment team and support hiring across a high-growth area of the business. Despite the Manager title, this is a hands-on individual contributor role well suited to an experienced Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner. The role will own full lifecycle recruiting across the U.S., with a focus on consulting talent. This person will work closely with senior business leaders to understand hiring priorities, develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and identify high-caliber passive candidates.
