As a Transaction Advisory Supervisor, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals, supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions through financial due diligence and meaningful business insights. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, gain exposure to a variety of industries, and develop expertise in a fast-paced environment where no two engagements are alike.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nLead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.\nFinancial due diligence including drafting quality of earnings deliverables including:Analyze historical income statements and balance sheets to calculate, support, and propose adjustments to EBITDA, uncovering non-recurring expenses, pro-forma items, and operational shifts.\nAnalyze monthly net working capital patterns, compute seasonality baselines and isolate normalization adjustments.\nRevenue recognition analysis\nCash proof analysis\nCalculate cash to accrual conversions and other adjustments to align with GAAP\n\nReview workpapers, analyses, and deliverables prepared by associates and seniors to ensure accuracy and quality.\n\nCoordinate and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.\n\nAssist in the importation and formatting of large data sets\n\nManage data request list and data room for due diligence engagements\n\nAttend networking events\nAssist leadership in evaluating complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related matters.\n\nEducation & Experience: \n3-5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years of dedicated transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience.\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, with demonstrated technical accounting and financial analysis experience.\n\nPrior experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.\n\nDemonstrated experience preparing and reviewing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports.\n\nStrong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.\n\nExperience working directly with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines simultaneously.\n\nCPA license or active progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred.\n\nExperience coaching, mentoring, or developing junior professionals preferred.\n\nDemonstrated project management and client relationship management skills.\n\n #LI - hybrid","description_format":"text","description_chars":3469,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Financial Advisory, Valuation & Restructuring","Financial Services","Professional Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-04T21:04:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":54,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.722,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":19,"expected_fill_days":25,"reasons":["conf:1","win:late","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-05T03:35:56Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/frazier-deeter-transaction-advisory-supervisor-4","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/frazier-deeter-transaction-advisory-supervisor-4.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-05T03:35:56Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4881,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":119,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-06T00:00:00Z"}}}
