The ideal candidate brings experience analyzing financial statements, turning operational data into actionable insights, and leading continuous improvements to reporting and business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\n Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:\n\nReport on critical business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.\nIdentify and create financial models/reporting that provide our business with timely, accurate and relevant information to support and influence decision-making.\nLead and develop a team of 2 business analysts in their day-to-day work and business projects.\nPartner with managers and business leaders to develop the annual operating plan.\nDevelop and manage channel-level financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts. \nCreate key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-financial managers to improve operational efficiency.\nConduct comprehensive financial analysis of new projects.\nProvide insightful financial and operational problem-solving to support key managers.\nSupport ad-hoc requests from across the organization. \nOther duties as assigned.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:\nMaster’s degree in accounting or finance (MAcc or MBA preferred)\n5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment\nSolid understanding of accounting, budgeting and financial statement principles, concepts, and analysis.\nAdvanced ability to use financial systems and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).\nStrong ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Competencies:\nWorking knowledge of DevOps principles and API integrations.\n\n Required Soft Skills:\nStrong analytical (quantitative, as well as qualitative) skills.\nOutstanding reporting and communication skills.\nProven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.\nSelf-starter with the ability to proactively streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.\nThrives in a fast-paced, growing, rapidly changing environment.\nStrong ability to work independently and with multi-functional teams.\n\n Physical Demands & Working Conditions:\nFully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.\nWork is primarily done indoors and requires sitting for long periods.\nFrequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time.\nFrequent communication with team members in writing, over the phone, and in person.\nBenefits\nFrazil provides a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Voluntary & Supplemental Plans, 401k with Employer Match, PTO and Company Holidays.
