We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Sales Operations Intern to help take things to the next level.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnswer incoming questions and manage leads through our sales inbox and inbound sales phone line. \nProcess SAP orders. \nAct as the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales to coordinate signage requests. \nFollow up on unsigned and unfinished E-contracts to get them ready for review. \nCoordinate machine removals and reconcile mis-orders. \nIndividually call store managers to help prep chains for project rollouts. \nAssist with material and pallet prep during peak tradeshow season. \nComplete specialty projects and assignments to assist our sales teams (phone audits, divestment follow ups, sequencing lead lists, etc.). \nOther duties as assigned. \nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum Qualifications & Competencies:\n\nYou have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office. \n2+ years of experience in a corporate setting. \n\n Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) \nHaving prior knowledge of HubSpot, Smartsheet, and Nextiva \n\nRequired Soft Skills:\n\nOur best team members are natural problem solvers.
