We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUtilize your troubleshooting skills to promptly address a diverse range of residential service requests in a professional and timely manner.\nPrepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing various repairs to return a unit back to market ready conditions.\nEnsure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are promptly communicated to the Property Manager for resolution.\nAssist in the completion of preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely and costly breakdowns in equipment, appliances, etc.\nPerform on-call emergency services within a rotation to provide timely repairs for our residents.\nGeneral Requirements:\nPassion for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, teammates, and vendors.\nProficiency in multitasking and managing priorities effectively as you may be assigned several tasks to complete each day. \nPrior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required.\nReliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance. \nMust be willing to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications as needed. We want you to keep learning and growing!\nAdhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday.
