This role will focus on Model risk including Model Development, Implementation, Performance, Use, and Governance risks. The role will also support Artificial Intelligence (AI) risk assessments.\nORM integrates:\nRisk and control evaluations across the Single Family Acquisitions Division\n\nManagement reporting\n\nCoordination and escalation management\n\nYour Impact:\nAs a SFA ORM Senior Manager, each workday is unique. Your impact will focus on the following key activities:\nEvaluate and report on operational risks, controls, issues, and policies/procedures.\n\nDocument operational risks and controls as part of risk and control self-assessments.\n\nPerform governance and oversight over model related issues.\n\nEvaluate operational risk events related to models.\n\nSupport the business during Audits, Exams, and Process Design Reviews.\n\nEscalate policy/standard non-compliance and at-risk timelines.\n\nManage and develop staff.\n\nEvaluate applicability of corporate standards and FHFA directives against process risks and controls\n\nChallenge status quo.
