This role handles Windows Server Active Directory engineering, including developing new solutions, automating controls, ensuring compliance, managing changes, and improving the platform’s sustainability, efficiency, security, and value. We work together to strategize and transform IT with Automation and Process Engineering.\nYour Impact:\nProvide technical leadership for a team of Windows Server Active Directory Engineers to think and execute proactively to ensure the stability and security of the platform.\nApply an engineering mindset to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.\nDrive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure.\nDevelop and mentor teams of engineers to proactively ensure platform stability and security.\nIdentify, influence, and implement technology, process, and skill changes to modernize infrastructure.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to ensure clear communication, risk reduction, and accountability for team performance.\nEnsure adherence to security protocols and best practices across all infrastructure operations.\nServe as a key member of the IT Infrastructure Engineering Team.\nQualifications:\nAt least 5+ years of expert-level Active Directory/Domain Admin experience engineering new technical solutions.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
