You will lead multiple agile squads in designing and implementing resilient full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices-based solutions, while applying strong software engineering rigor through scalable design, automated testing, and operational excellence. In this leadership role, you will provide practical technical direction, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to simplify delivery, improve efficiency, and strengthen the overall quality of Multifamily technology solutions.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead multiple agile squads responsible for delivering modern full-stack application capabilities, including user-facing applications, APIs, microservices, integration services, platform modernization, and production enhancements.\n\nProvide technical direction across squads by guiding solution design, reviewing implementation approaches, and helping teams make scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable engineering decisions.\n\nPartner closely with Product Owners, architecture, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver business outcomes.\n\nDrive the design and implementation of Java-based microservices, REST APIs, front-end applications, and integration services using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Angular or React, SQL, relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.\n\nCreate proofs of concept, demos, and prototypes to evaluate emerging technologies, validate new ideas, and accelerate adoption of modern engineering patterns and platform capabilities.\n\nEstablish and reinforce software engineering standards, including scalable design, code quality, automated testing, peer reviews, deployment discipline, application security, and operational readiness.\n\nEnsure solutions are designed and delivered with appropriate compliance, auditability, security, resiliency, accessibility, and production support considerations.\n\nOversee engineering production support by strengthening incident triage, root-cause analysis, observability, recovery practices, and continuous improvement of application and platform reliability.\n\nManage, mentor, and develop engineering talent through coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation, and succession planning.\n\nFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability while identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and engineering outcomes.\n\nQualifications: \n8-10 years of related software engineering or technology delivery experience, including atleast 2+ years of people management and leadership experience developing high-performing engineering teams is required\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience;
