And our founding mission remains unchanged - to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive with a focus on paid social and affiliate marketing to join the marketing team at Freddie’s Flowers.\nPaid social, primarily Meta, will be at the heart of this role. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Meta account, using data-driven insights to improve performance. Working closely with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play an important role in scaling campaigns, acquiring new customers for gifting and growing subscriptions.\nAlongside paid social, you’ll help manage the performance and delivery of our affiliate marketing activity. You’ll also have the chance to work on new paid channels such as (but not limited to) tiktok, display, pinterest as we explore new growth opportunities.\nYou’ll work closely with our in-house creative team to coordinate paid social assets, ensuring content is briefed, produced and delivered on time. You’ll also gain experience in creative testing and optimisation, using performance insights to help inform future campaigns.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with paid social experience who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign performance, is confident working with data and is keen to develop their expertise across a growing range of performance marketing channels.\nKey Responsibilities\nPaid social and Meta campaign management\nManage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of our Meta advertising account, including campaign set-up, budgets, launches and ongoing performance optimisation to grow acquisition for both subscription and gifting.\nHelp scale our Meta campaigns by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and implementing agreed optimisation recommendations.\nWork closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to identify opportunities to scale campaigns and creative, monitor performance and fatigue, and implement optimisation recommendations.\nStay up to date with developments in Meta Ads Manager, including automation and campaign delivery, to help evolve our approach as the platform changes.\nAffiliate marketing and channel development\nCoordinate affiliate campaign delivery, working with our agency to ensure assets, offers and campaign requirements are briefed, approved and delivered on time.\nSupport the development of additional acquisition channels, including display and TikTok, helping to coordinate testing, campaign launches and performance reporting.\nPerformance analysis and reporting\nAnalyse paid social and affiliate performance against key metrics, including spend, CPA, conversion rates, purchases and subscription performance, to identify trends and opportunities to improve results.\nRequirements\nMust have skills:\nMeta Ads Manager: At least 2 years’ experience working with Meta, with hands-on experience creating, managing and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, either in-house or agency-side.\nAnalytical skills and automation: A strong analytical mindset, with confidence working with complex datasets, advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or GA4.\nAI skills: An interest in exploring how AI can automate analysis and workflows, with some experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day tasks.\nResilience and proactivity: Comfortable working in a target-driven role with weekly KPIs. You’ll be proactive in monitoring performance, identifying variances against forecasts and taking action to keep campaigns on track, with support from your manager.\nNice to have skills:\nAffiliate marketing: Experience managing affiliate activity, either in-house or through an agency.\nDisplay marketing: Experience managing display campaigns, either in-house or through an agency.\nAdditional paid social channels: Experience managing campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest or X (formerly Twitter).\nGerman language skills: German-speaking ability is a plus, but not essential.
