You’ll play an important part in how EDCO communicates with customers, showcases its products, supports its sales team, and strengthens its digital presence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate Engaging Content: Write and edit email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, blogs, brochures, case studies, presentations, and sales materials that communicate the value of EDCO’s products and services.\nExecute Marketing Campaigns: Help plan, build, test, and launch campaigns across email, websites, social media, digital advertising, print, and events.\nConnect With Customers: Proactively reach out to customers, distributors, rental partners, and prospects to gather feedback, understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and develop customer stories that inform marketing decisions.\nManage Digital Channels: Keep EDCO’s websites and e-commerce content current, including product pages, images, landing pages, educational resources, promotions, pricing information, and basic SEO.\nSupport Social Media and Creative Projects: Coordinate content calendars, photography, videos, product demonstrations, and other creative assets that showcase EDCO’s products and applications.\nSupport Sales and Lead Generation: Assist with CRM data quality, lead capture, campaign tracking, lead routing, and follow-up to help connect marketing efforts with sales opportunities.\nCoordinate Events and Trade Shows: Support event planning, promotional materials, booth preparation, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.\nMeasure Results: Monitor campaign performance, website activity, leads, e-commerce results, and social engagement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, vendors, and agency partners to coordinate projects, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the initiative to ask questions, find answers, and keep projects moving without waiting for step-by-step direction.\nExperience: At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.\nEducation: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCommunication Skills: Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to initiate conversations with customers and prospects by phone, email, or in person.\nDigital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with email marketing, social media, website content, and basic marketing analytics.\nOwnership and Initiative: A self-starter who identifies opportunities, anticipates content needs, solves problems, and follows through on commitments.\nOrganization: The ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nCuriosity and Adaptability: A willingness to learn EDCO’s products, understand customer applications, and translate technical information into clear, useful marketing content.\nExperience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, photography, video, or design tools is a plus.
