This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and providing technical support across multiple brands to maintain smooth business operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of store and office equipment such as HVAC units, lighting, exhaust systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and plumbing fixtures.\n\nEnsure all facilities, utilities, and equipment are in good working condition to support daily operations.\n\nPerform minor carpentry, painting, and other building repairs when necessary.\n\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from stores, warehouses, or office departments.\n\nDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues to minimize operational downtime.\n\nCoordinate with external contractors or suppliers for major repairs or specialized technical work.\n\nImplement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and avoid unexpected breakdowns.\n\nMaintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for repair and maintenance tasks.\n\nKeep detailed records of completed maintenance work, materials used, and schedules followed.\n\nAdhere to company safety policies and ensure that all work complies with local building and safety regulations.\n\nIdentify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.\n\nSupport sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within company facilities.\n\nPrepare and submit maintenance reports, service logs, and accomplishment updates to the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager.\n\nAssist in facility inspections, store openings, renovations, and improvement projects.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, HR, and Admin departments for maintenance-related concerns or requests.\n\n Qualifications:\nGraduate of a vocational or technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Maintenance.\n\nAt least 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance work, preferably in food and beverage or retail industries.\n\nMust be knowledgeable in repairing and troubleshooting Mixer, Fructose Machine, Water Heater, Ice Blender and Induction.\n\nAble to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.\n\nWilling to travel to different store branches and work on flexible schedules as needed.\n\nCore Competencies:\nTechnical expertise and troubleshooting skills\n\nAttention to detail and accountability\n\nTeam collaboration and customer service orientation\n\nSafety and quality consciousness\n\nFlexibility and time management\n\n Why choose us?\nWe are one of the promising companies in the Philippines with different awards & recognitions.
