The position also leads coordination between internal departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement, Marketing) and external contractors, suppliers, and consultants.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead end-to-end project management of store construction, fit-outs, renovations, and technical upgrades.\nDevelop project timelines, budgets, scope of work, and resource allocation plans.\nMonitor progress and ensure adherence to project milestones.\nIdentify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.\nConstruction & Technical Oversight\nReview and approve engineering plans, layouts, and technical specifications.\nEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local government requirements.\nOversee installation of kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and POS infrastructure.\nConduct site inspections to ensure work quality and standards compliance.\nVendor & Contractor Management\nSource, evaluate, and manage contractors, suppliers, and consultants.\nNegotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms.\nEnsure contractors meet quality, timeline, and safety expectations.\nEvaluate contractor performance post-project.\nBudget & Cost Control\nPrepare project cost estimates and monitor expenditures.\nWork closely with Finance and Procurement to ensure cost efficiency.\nApprove billing progress claims and validate contractor deliverables.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate with Operations for smooth store turnover and handover.\nWork with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure store design aligns with brand standards.\nCollaborate with IT for technical and POS integration.\nEnsure readiness before store launch.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain updated project reports, timelines, and risk assessments.\nSubmit regular progress updates to management.\nEnsure proper documentation of permits, warranties, and technical records.\n Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.\nLicensed Engineer (preferred).\nAt least 5-8 years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering operations.\nExperience in retail or food & beverage industry is an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of construction management, building systems, and regulatory compliance.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with fast-track or design-build F&B projects.\n\nKnowledge of food processing facility requirements (e.g., floor slope, drainage, non-porous surfaces).\n\nFamiliarity with sustainable and green building practices.\n\n Benefits:\nAdditional leave\nFlexible schedule\nOpportunities for promotion\nPaid training\nPay raise\nPromotion to permanent employee\nSchedule:\n8 hour shift\nMonday-Friday\nSupplemental Pay:\n13th month salary\nWhat to do next?\nFor this role, please submit your resume.
