closely with both Finance and Sales teams, and ensuring smooth relationships with our international clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nDuring this 6-month journey, you will:\nManage Customer Accounts: Monitor the accounts receivable ledger, track outstanding invoices, and ensure payments are received on time.\n\nClient Engagement: Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments and resolve queries.\n\nFinancial Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate cash application and payment allocation.\n\nClosing & Reporting: Support month-end closing activities dedicated to accounts receivable.\n\nProcess Optimization: Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize our collections cycle.\n\nWho You Are\nEducation: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nSkills & Interests: Strong interest in finance, credit management, client relations, and AI/automation tools.\n\nAnalytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, basic accounting principles, and Excel (familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus).\n\nLanguages: Fluent in both French and English (both written and spoken), as you will interact with diverse clients daily.\n\nSoft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented,
