The ideal candidate will be hands-on in developing high-performance web applications, designing reusable UI components, optimizing application performance, and contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring junior developers.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to identify suitable technologies and solutions.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and reusable frontend applications.\n\n- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.\n\n- Develop and maintain UI components and frameworks, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance.\n\n- Contribute to application architecture and design, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), SOLID principles, and design patterns.\n\n- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers while remaining hands-on.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 5 - 7 years of overall software development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.\n\n- At least 3 years of experience with React.js and Webpack.\n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including core concepts, data structures, and algorithms.\n\n- Experience in frontend architecture, HLD, LLD, SOLID principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MySQL;
