You will be responsible\nfor designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and analytical frameworks. You\nwill collaborate with cross-functional teams, including health policy experts, analysts, and healthcare\nstakeholders, to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows to collect, clean, and transform\ndata from various sources into usable formats\nEnsure data integrity, quality, and accuracy throughout the data processing lifecycle\nAnalyze and interpret healthcare claims data and related data sets to identify patterns, trends, and\ninsights\nGenerate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to nontechnical stakeholders\nDesign, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and schemas for efficient storage and\nretrieval of data\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them\ninto data solutions\nStay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data analysis,\nengineering, and visualization\nIdentify opportunities to improve data infrastructure, processes, and analytics capabilities\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nDeep knowledge of health data, multi-payer databases, public healthcare payers, claims processing,\nand claims data analytics\nKnowledge of US healthcare policy, trends, and factors such as eligibility, utilization, cost, and equity\nKnowledge of state government role in healthcare\nExpertise in data analysis and data visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar\nExpertise in data profiling, manipulation, and transformation using tools like Pandas, SQL, or similar\nMastery of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI\nFamiliarity with data modeling, database management, and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS,\nAzure, Google Cloud)\nSolid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning concepts\nExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to present complex findings in a\nclear and concise manner\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, data science, statistics, or equivalent\nwork experience preferred\n5+ years of experience in SQL\n5+ years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare industry, preferably in claims\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nNote:\nThe job description provided above is a general outline and may be subject to modifications\nbased on specific organizational requirements.\nFreedman HealthCare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
