Come join our diverse and growing team with lots of opportunities!\nCollaborate within an Agile development team supporting and modernizing multiple business and financial enterprise applications, including a recently modernized Corporate Management Information System (CMIS).\nDevelop new features, enhance existing capabilities, and maintain applications across a modern enterprise technology stack.\nSupport multiple mission-critical enterprise systems with similar architectures and technologies, while contributing to future modernization initiatives.\nTroubleshoot user-reported issues, resolve defects, and optimize application performance to improve system reliability and user experience.\nDesign and implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions to identify potential system issues before they impact operations or availability.\nDevelop and maintain applications utilizing technologies such as Python, Django, Docker, AWS, Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS and/or Vue.js.\nManage and optimize Docker containers to support efficient application deployment, scalability, and streamlined development workflows.\nRapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues spanning application code, infrastructure, integrations, and data environments.\nApply best practices for security, data integrity, and compliance to safeguard sensitive business and financial information.\nParticipate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and iterative delivery cycles.\nAdapt quickly to evolving priorities, customer requirements, and modernization efforts within a fast-paced enterprise environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, plus three (3) years of software development or engineering experience.\n- A master's degree in technical discipline and one (1) year of experience.\n- An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\nExperience developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Python.\nExperience working with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience troubleshooting and resolving application, infrastructure, and system integration issues in a production environment.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development cycles.\nAbility and willingness to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and enterprise platforms in support of modernization efforts.\nExperience developing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, system documentation and user support materials.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nMust be able to work between the core hours of Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-2:00PM. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.\nTechnology Stack of application(s) with which this role will interact\nJava\nPython\nDjango\nAWS\nReactJS\nPostgreSQL\nDocker\nVue.js\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting business, financial, or other enterprise applications in a secure environment is preferred.\nExperience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include requirements definition, design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment\nExperience supporting applications in cloud or containerized environments, including technologies such as AWS and Docker.\nExperience with PostgreSQL\nFamiliarity with the CI/CD\nThe estimated salary range for this position is between $140,000-$190,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
