Join our growing team and help make an impact! \nThis role requires independent and team-based execution, proactive analysis to identify root causes, and the ability to support resilient infrastructure solutions. \nThis position is eligible for a $10k Welcome Bonus to be paid out in increments of $5k after 90 days and $5k after a year!\nPrimary Responsibilities: \nFollow established Connectivity Operations Team procedures, utilizing ticketing systems for issue tracking and maintaining detailed documentation for all network activities.\nProvide hands-on support for network upgrade projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption to operations.\nInstall, maintain, operate, and secure LAN infrastructure and network devices to support organizational requirements.\nRespond to hardware failures by replacing and configuring networking components such as switches, routers, and access points.\nTroubleshoot and resolve end-user connectivity issues, delivering responsive and professional customer support.\nManage access to network segments and resources in accordance with established security policies and access control procedures.\nPerform network hardware, operating system, and software updates to maintain optimal performance, functionality, and security.\nAdhere to established change management and configuration management processes to maintain network integrity and compliance. \nRequired: \nTwo (2) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.\nAn active security clearance with polygraph.\nAssociate's degree in engineering technology from an accredited college is required.\nTwo (2) additional years of network engineering experience may be substituted for the Associate’s degree.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
