This role will play a key part in building a new capability while supporting the migration of a legacy system to a hybrid architecture leveraging Camunda and Pega workflow platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly understand existing systems, and is comfortable contributing across the full stack to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.\nContribute to the development of a full-stack application with a primary focus on React and modern frontend development, delivering high-quality, scalable functionality. \nBuild modern, responsive user interfaces in React and integrate them with backend services and RESTful APIs. \nSupport the migration of a legacy application to a modern architecture, refactoring existing functionality into modern frontend components and services. Java/Spring Boot experience is beneficial in supporting migration efforts but not required. \nIntegrate application components with Camunda workflow services and interface with Pega-based workflows to enable end-to-end business process orchestration. \nDevelop and optimize data interactions with an Oracle database, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment across development, integration, and migration efforts. \nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-quality code. \nSupport deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving system performance and stability across environments. \nRequired Qualifications:\n TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph \nA bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years' experience as a developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Sixteen (16) years’ development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree \nStrong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks \nStrong frontend development experience, with React as the primary technology. Experience with Angular or AngularJS may be considered as a transferable frontend experience. \nExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. \nFamiliarity with Oracle databases and SQL. \nExperience working in fast-paced, agile development environments. \nMust be able to work during core hours of Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis \nDesired: \nExperience with Java and Spring Boot \nA strong willingness to learn about COTS products and integrations, particularly with PEGA services.\nEnthusiasm for tackling new challenges while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. \nExperience working in an Agile Development environment \nWillingness to get relevant PEGA certification \nThe estimated salary range for this position is between $200,000-$275,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
