The teams are comprised of highly skilled developers and designers who thrive on rapid iterations, continuous feedback, and delivering high-quality, customer-centric software solutions.\nParticipate in two-week sprint cycles, daily stand-ups, and continuous process improvement activities while supporting evolving customer requirements and driving innovative solutions.\nThe role requires a strong systems engineer who is comfortable working across multiple software development teams with diverse technical skillsets and can effectively bridge technical and functional perspectives.\nThis position requires a self-motivated individual who is willing to tackle complex challenges, often with limited guidance or incomplete information, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment. \nResponsibilities Include: \nPartner with Technical Team Leads, Product Owners, and Government stakeholders to support requirements elicitation, analysis, and decomposition.\nAssist with requirements prioritization, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities across multiple products.\nSupport software testing, evaluation activities, and user acceptance efforts.\nDevelop and validate use cases, business processes, and user workflows.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, process reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPrepare schedule inputs and support release planning activities.\nIdentify, communicate, and track dependencies, impediments, and risks impacting delivery.\nCollaborate across product teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and the successful delivery of enterprise budgeting and financial management capabilities.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior systems engineers, helping to develop their systems engineering, Agile, and stakeholder engagement skills while fostering a collaborative team environment. \nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active security clearance with polygraph.\nA bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and fourteen (14) years of experience as an SE. Nineteen (19) years of SE experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\nExperience with agile development methodologies \nWillingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products\nExperience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules\nExperience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done. \nTechnology Stack of application(s) with which this role will interact:\nAWS\nJavaScipt\nPython\nLinux\nWindows\nReact\nNiFi \nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience executing test procedures \nExperience managing systems in virtual environments such as AWS \nExperience with Atlassian Suite products including Confluence & Managing Jira \nExperience providing system administration support in Windows and Linux environments \nThe estimated salary range for this position is between $185,000-$215,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
