We are seeking a semi-senior Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based business with its digital presence and B2B lead generation efforts. This role combines content creation, SEO, social media, prospect research, and performance analysis to increase brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities.
Duties / Task to perform
- Develop and manage a consistent content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram, aligning content with brand messaging and lead generation goals.
- Turn completed projects, services, and business capabilities into engaging social posts, case studies, website content, and visual assets.
- Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility and engagement.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify content opportunities, ranking improvements, and optimization needs.
- Coordinate updates to website content, landing pages, and project pages to support organic visibility and lead capture.
- Research and qualify potential B2B prospects, including contractors, developers, property managers, architects, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Research and track relevant public and private bid opportunities, project announcements, and potential business opportunities.
- Support targeted email marketing campaigns for prospecting, lead acquisition, and lead nurturing.
- Create and edit digital assets using tools such as Canva and basic photo/video editing platforms.
- Monitor digital marketing performance across social media, search, website, email, and lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information within CRM and tracking systems.
- Prepare concise performance reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign and channel results.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities, tactics, and digital channels.
- Proactively recommend improvements to digital marketing and lead generation activities based on performance data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
- Proven experience managing professional LinkedIn and Instagram accounts and developing content for these platforms.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience conducting prospect research and identifying qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva and basic photo/video editing software.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including persuasive marketing copywriting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proactive, self-directed approach and ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
Schedule & availability: Part-Time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)
