This includes everything from business formations to compliance filings. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure client satisfaction, identify bottlenecks in workflows, and contribute recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.\nThis role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience through operational excellence.\nKey responsibilities\nProcess customer orders and service requests accurately and on time, ensuring all required information is complete\nMonitor order queues and prioritize tasks to meet internal SLAs and customer expectations\nCollaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary\nIdentify inefficiencies in workflows or recurring issues and propose process improvements\nEnsure timely follow-ups on pending customer orders or required documentation\nMaintain accurate records and update internal systems to reflect order status and key customer information\nAssist in creating and maintaining internal SOPs and documentation for order processing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Tax, etc.) to ensure smooth hand-offs and continuous improvement\nParticipate in weekly team reporting and help track key operations metrics like Time to Fulfillment and Order Fulfillment Rate\nSupport the launch of new services by integrating them into existing operational processes\nSkills and qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in an operations, fulfillment, or customer support role (experience at a startup is a plus)\nYou’re familiar with company formation processes or have worked in a similar industry\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills-comfortable working across teams\nComfortable using tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets\nA self-starter who takes ownership and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done\nPassion for helping customers and being part of a mission-driven team\nWhy join us\nOpportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the industry.\nCollaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.\nCompetitive compensation package with insane opportunity for growth.\nOur values and non-values\nEstablishing team values is critical.
