Their work is focused on the conception, creation and oversight of production of a range of marketing communications and brand work, both internal- and external-facing. Experience with integrated marketing campaign development across multiple channels is essential. Reporting into the Senior Art Director, Marketing, this person will also collaborate directly with department leads, marketing managers and senior company executives to enhance TFC’s impact and amplify messaging.\nThis position supports our Marketing Team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop dynamic visual solutions - from concept to production - across a range of media that are aligned with the company’s brand strategy and guidelines.\nProvide creative oversight and direction as needed to other graphic design resources, both internal and external.\nWork collaboratively and productively with internal colleagues across a range of business units and functions, as well as with external partners, as needed.\nPresent creative work clearly, succinctly, and compellingly.\nMaintain scrupulously organized files and archives of completed work.\nMaintain, update and share the brand guidelines and resources.\nPrioritize work and manage time across a multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines.\nPerform independently and as a collaborative member of a team.\nHelpful additional skills include: data visualization, social media best practices, and simple illustration ability.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university is preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience is required.\n5+ years industry experience in a related field brand experience at a creative agency, corporate marketing environment or experiential design firm in applicable areas of brand design, visual design and articulating the audience experience.\nA portfolio of previous work demonstrating self-produced art direction, graphic design and production skills.\nProficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; AfterEffects, Express, as well as Figma, Canva.\nExperience using AI platforms to accelerate creative and other work.\nProficient knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.\nAbility to confidently present work, accommodate changes and defend perspectives.\nImpeccable taste and an eye for branded design, layout and typography.\nCapable of troubleshooting and resolving design challenges.\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
