It’s just one reason why we’re the leader in live events.\nSummary\nThe Coordinator - Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.\nThis position will support our AV Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office/warehouse based in Las Vegas.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nProcess returned equipment in accordance to policies and procedures\nSort inbound equipment, including Sub-Rentals and Equipment Transfers\nIdentify, vet and enter lost and missing equipment\nPrioritize work based on outbound needs\nPull, stage and scan outbound equipment in accordance to policies and procedures\nMaintain records in required systems (i.e. R2)\nCommunicate with Quality Control, Inventory Control and Transportation on order needs, changes and readiness\nEscalate Missing or Damaged Equipment\nEscalate space constraints\nPerform scheduled cycle counts as assigned\nSupport on-site additions in accordance to established policies and procedures\nAssist in Training/development of warehouse staff\nEnsure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operation\nPromote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations\nAssists other department heads as needed\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 1 year experience in handling Freeman Audio Visual assets.\n1 year experience with R2 Inventory Software preferred.\nProficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets.\nAbility to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nMust maintain a valid state driver's license\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
