The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 99-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.\nSummary\nThe Coordinator - Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.\nThis position will support our Audio Visual Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nProcess and maintain all of the incoming equipment product types for specified area.\nAssist with all aspects of inventorying both serialized and non-serialized product types, including work trunks and speciality equipment kits.\nCommunicate with show personnel to gather accurate show requirements, and ensure that appropriate equipment is correctly entered into R2.\nFacilitate the accurate pulling of equipment according to R2.\nTrack missing parts and create orders for replacement parts.\nAssist with generating and implementing best practices and SOP’s for establishing quality control guidlines for equipment.\nAssist with identifying high priority equipment needs.\nSafely operate all types of warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, rolling laders, etc.).\nAssist with repairs of equipment as needed.\nSend damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate service personnel.\nAssist other areas within the Quality Control department if the need arrises.\nHelps to foster a positive team oriented atmosphere.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations. \nProficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets.\nAbility to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nMust maintain a valid state driver's license\nTravel Requirements\nNo Travel Required\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
