It’s just one reason why we’re the leader in live events.\nSummary\nThe Dock Coordinator Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance to procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.\nThis position will support our AV Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office/warehouse based in Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nWork directly with all warehouse teams to ensure completed equipment orders are properly staged and ready for loading\nDirect all truck loading processes to ensure safe, balanced and properly secured cargo\nAssist Transportation team to release completed trucks\nAssist inbound and outbound teams with sorting of equipment, including Sub-Rentals and Equipment Transfers\nEscalate Missing or Damaged Equipment \nEscalate space constraints to warehouse management\nAssist in Training/development of warehouse staff\nEnsure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through all areas of operation\nPromote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations\nAssists other department heads as needed\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalency\nMinimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations \nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
