The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 99-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.\nSummary\nProfessional analyst role that supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program under limited supervision. Identifies, assesses, monitors, and reports on enterprise, operational, financial, and insurable risks across the organization. Maintains the risk register and risk dashboards, tracks key risk indicators (KRIs), and prepares risk analyses, reports, and presentations for management. This position also supports business continuity and crisis management planning, insurance and certificate of insurance administration, claims coordination, and risk-related data collection and analysis as needed.\nThis position will support our Risk team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nIdentifies, assesses, and documents enterprise, operational, financial, and insurable risks; maintains the corporate risk register and keeps it current.\nMaintains highly confidential and highly sensitive risk, claims, and incident information, files, correspondence, and records.\nConducts risk assessments and analyses; develops, monitors, and reports key risk indicators (KRIs) and recommends risk mitigation and control improvements.\nPrepares routine and complex risk reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced spreadsheet, data-visualization, and analytics tools.\nResearches, analyzes, and compiles risk data, loss trends, and exposure figures to support management decision-making.\nMonitors emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends, and communicates potential impacts to the ERM team.\nEnsures risk projects and deliverables are completed timely and accurately; evaluates and reports progress to team members and management.\nSupports business continuity and crisis management planning, including response analysis and risk input.\nAdministers insurance program support, including certificate of insurance approvals, and oversees the process of renewal data. \nMaintains and manages the objectives dashboard of prioritized risk focus areas.\nIdentifies process challenges and recommends improvements to risk management workflows and reporting.\nActs as SME for RMIS and GRC applications.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year college or university with a concentration in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required. \nOne to three years of experience in risk management, insurance, finance, audit, or analytics is preferred. \nProfessional certification or progress toward one (e.g., ARM, CRM, FRM) is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with data-visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProven organizational, project-management, and written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with enterprise risk management, insurance, business continuity, or governance/risk/compliance (GRC) concepts and tools.\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
