This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal departments, providing timely, courteous service while protecting patient privacy and supporting efficient clinic/hospital operations.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent or minimum of 1 year of related work experience.\n\nMinimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, medical office, or healthcare-related administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally by phone, in writing, and in person.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.\n\nBasic computer proficiency, including ability to learn scheduling/registration software and use standard office applications.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nPrevious healthcare scheduling experience in a clinic, hospital, or multi-specialty environment.\n\nExperience with electronic health records (EHR) and/or scheduling platforms.\n\nKnowledge of medical terminology and common diagnostic/procedural visit types.\n\nExperience with insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorization workflows.\n\nBilingual skills (as applicable to patient population).\n\nFreeman Perks
