The IAM Engineer collaborates with IT teams, operational departments, and leadership across Freeman Health System to support secure and efficient user access. They work independently and in teams on projects of varying sizes to ensure effective user management and robust access controls.\nRequirements\nCandidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify. Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.\nA bachelorsdegree is preferred, but 4 years of relevant experience in the Information Technology field can be considered instead\n\nAt least 2 years experiencein Identity & Access Managementand two years in a system administrator or application analyst role\n\nDemonstratedcapability and understanding inuser access management and governanceDemonstratedsuccess training and mentoring others on Active Directory and Identity and Access management tools\n\nDemonstrated success using analytical tools and skills for the development of workflows, system configuration and documentation related to identity and access management\n\nDemonstrated success designing and administrating Identity Management and Access\n\nDemonstrated success leading large scale projects and processes\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nCertified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), SailpointAdministrator
