It’s just one reason why we’re the leader in live events.\nSummary\nThe Lead - Quality Control has daily oversight of an Event Tech warehouse team responsible for the maintenance of required equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be responsible for the operational excellence of a small warehouse team working to provide technical excellence of rental equipment. This position requires strong people leadership, communication, and technical skills.\nThis position will support our Audio Visual Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or warehouse based in Las Vegas, NV.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDaily oversight of quality control and technical service staff\nDaily oversight and participation of physical checks of rental equipment to ensure cosmetic and functional excellence \nDaily oversight and participation of the intake of equipment and prioritize the staging of outbound equipment\nDaily oversight and participation of the qualification and processing of inbound damaged equipment \nOversee a small stock of repair parts, accessories and ancillaries required to return equipment to a rentable state\nCollaborate and accelerate innovations in QC tooling, practices and execution \nAssist in training/development of warehouse staff\nEnsure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through assigned areas \nPerform regular quality audits to ensure operational excellence\nProvide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planning\nPromote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations\nAssists other departments as needed\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required\nMinimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
